-For in-person services, due to Covid, you are required to show proof of up-to-date vaccination ('''right now, this means the new variant vaccine that was rolled out in Fall 2023''', free to all over the age of 6 months at participating pharmacies) with proof shown with either the CDC card, a photocopy or an ecopy or record from an institution (like a drugstore chain). Please be aware that this is not a booster shot. It is a new variant shot, and your previous vaccines and infections are not sufficiently protecting for the current strains. We recognize that the Covid scenario has gotten more complex, but the best way to protect yourself and others is to get the updated vaccine, wear KN95, KF95 or N95 masks in public or high risk situations, and to isolate if you have symptoms. We are accepting testing in addition, and in some specific cases, in lieu, of the vaccine. Please let us know if you fall into a scenario where you need to delay the vaccine (like a very recent infection with the current variant) or another scenario. Due to the intense virility of the current strain(s), you must prove a NEGATIVE TEST THAT YOU TOOK ON THE DAY OF THE SERVICE, right before you travel (and masking is highly encouraged if stopping while traveling). Take a picture of your negative test, to show at the door before you come in. Do Not Enter until you have shown your photo to the designated person responsible for looking at the photos that day.
If you need an accommodation on testing times due to a disability, let us know. But the expectation is that you will test right before you travel that day.IF you do not have tests available (they are free from the post office now and most insurances cover them each month), we will have some here.
If you arrive without testing 1st, DO NOT ENTER. Text or Knock that you have arrived and back up from the door and let us know you still need to test. You need to test negative '''OUTSIDE''' before you can come in!''' ''' If the weather isn't good, you may test in your vehicle.''''''
If we happen to run out of tests, and you have not tested, you won't be allowed in until you get a test and test negative.
Should you ''absolutely'' need to enter for restroom purposes upon arrival, you must wear an N95/KN95/KF94 mask that fits you well enough that you breath through it with no gaps. Then go back Outside and test. If you need access to the indoors before your test results are ready (about 15-20 min), please wear a KN95, N95, or KF95 mask. Masking during services is always ok.No cloth or surgical masks.
We highly recommend you stay up to date on your covid (and flu, etc) vaccinations

-Please test for Covid that day before the service and take a photo of your negative results. (if it's positive or if you are feeling ill, take care of yourself, and we will see you another time.) We will have tests available if you were unable to procure one ahead of time. If you need access to the indoors before your test results are ready (about 15-20 min), please wear a KN95, N95, or KF95 mask. Masking during services is always ok.

If you are feeling poorly the day of the service, please do not come. We will miss you and look forward to seeing you another time.

-Your Spirit of whatever the theme is. Who we call depends upon who you normally call for said theme. We've had monotheists, polytheists, pluralists, and animists (yes, simultaneously) at our events. So long as they are willing, for the service at least, to play nice with others in a pantheistic setting, they are welcome. Also, this Spirit should have a name and/or a relationship with you and be someone you and others would actually want to meet. If there is a Spirit you would like to invite (you need to talk to them about something, etc.) that does not fit with the theme, that is fine.

-A design for them (if you have none, meditate on this ahead of time, research it, or ask us)

-A song for them (ditto)

-A potluck dish/drinks to share, with a list of ingredients

-Feel free to bring altar items and decorations, such as flowers, etc.

-Drums, if you drum

-A donation ($10 is suggested, unless already specified for the specific event)

For Zoom-ToS Services:

-Your Spirit of whatever the theme is. Who we call depends upon who you normally call for said theme. We've had monotheists, polytheists, pluralists, and animists (yes, simultaneously) at our events. -A design for them (if you have none, meditate on this ahead of time, research it, or ask us) and a piece of paper and chalk or cornmeal or however you wish to draw the design for your space.

-A song for them (ditto)

-A Gatekeeper (has that role within their pantheon) that you work with personally for your space. We will call a Gatekeeper for the service as a whole, so if you don't have 1, that's fine.-Food offerings-Feel free to bring altar items and decorations, such as candles, flowers, etc.

-Drums, if you drum

-If you wish to paypal a donation, it can be sent to ayiloda@yahoo.com . Please make a note that it is for the UToS Service.
